Our first wedding present arrived! Actually, I think its an engagement present…but I love presents so the reason is irrelevant.
Yay for presents!
One of my old co-workers gave us a $50 gift card to Crate and Barrel, where we registered. YAY!

oooh, and a tip! Don’t feel guilty about “stalking” your own registry. It’s important to check-in and make sure everything you requested is still available to be purchased :Þ.

Have you done this tip yet?
Get an index card box, and make one card per (possible) guest or relative.
Then you can note on it if they sent a gift, when you thanked them, whether they’ve gotten an invite, if they’ve responded.
I kept my box for a full 10 years after our wedding because it was chock full of my friends’ parents addresses so I never lost touch with anyone!
